Return & Refund Policy
1. General Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened bottles in their original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the product cost. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
2. Flawed or "Corked" Wines
We will gladly exchange or refund any wines that are found to be corked, tainted, or otherwise out of condition. To initiate a return for a flawed wine, please recork the bottle with the original cork, keeping the wine in the bottle. Contact our customer service team immediately to describe the issue. We may require you to return the bottle to us for inspection.
3. Incorrect or Damaged Products
If you receive an incorrect product or a damaged bottle, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for the damaged or incorrect item.
4. Exceptions
- Wines that have been improperly stored by the customer are not eligible for a return or refund.
- We do not accept returns for wines that have been damaged due to extreme weather during transit if the customer opted to ship against our recommendation.
- Gift cards, sale items, or special releases may be final sale and not eligible for returns. This will be noted on the product page.
