Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. General Information
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in California. We are committed to processing orders quickly, but due to the nature of our products, some delays may occur.

2. Order Processing & Shipping Times

Order Processing: Most orders for in-stock wines are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or extreme weather, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Services: We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are for transit time only and do not include the time it takes to process the order.

Ground Shipping: Can take up to 5 business days for delivery after the order has been shipped.

Expedited Shipping (2-Day or Overnight): Available for an additional fee. These services are dispatched Monday to Thursday.

Shipping Days: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays to prevent packages from being left in uncontrolled environments.

3. Shipping Restrictions & Legal Requirements
Due to state and local regulations on alcohol shipping, we can only ship to specific states. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase and receive wine. An adult signature (21+) with proof of age is required upon delivery. Carriers will make up to three attempts to deliver your package before it is returned to our facility. If this happens, you will be responsible for re-shipping fees or will receive a refund minus the original shipping costs and a restocking fee. We recommend using a business address for delivery to ensure an adult is available to sign.

4. Weather Conditions & Wine Protection
To protect the integrity of your wine, we may hold your shipment during periods of extreme hot or cold weather. You will be notified of any such delay and will be given the option to have your order held until conditions are suitable for shipping. Please note that our shipping insurance does not cover temperature-related spoilage. We are not responsible for damage if you choose to ship against our recommendation.

5. Shipping Damages & Lost Packages
All packages are automatically insured against loss or damage in transit. In the event of a damaged or lost package, please contact us at [Your Customer Service Email] within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will investigate the claim and work with you to arrange a refund or replacement for the broken bottles. We are not liable for packages damaged or lost after the initial delivery attempt.

6. International Shipments
At this time, we only ship orders within the United States. International shipping is not available.
